1. C-V Planning - Will do it later so as not to annoy those not attending.
2. Parade Float - wouldn't fit in Jonathan's carport.
- In the driveway of the Sith's at the moment (update: now safely in their carport)
- Bought tarp for it for $25. Will need to find a better tarp at some point.
3. WOTR Update - New theater opens (opened) June 20th.
- Picnic August 14th after Open Cockpit.
- Hnager 2 is still being cleared.
- Power surge fried the X-wing electronics - only the lights are currently working.
4. X-wing Sweat Shop - Getting Closer
- hardwares almost finished
- cloth pieces still need work to complete.
5. RMFF Camping trip? When and Where?
- Do people want facilities nearby or not?
- Dan brings up a place where there is an area with no facilities and an area with facilities a few miles away. It could suit both preferences. It is near Florrisant Fossil Beds? (I think?)
- When? Some time between July 4th and Labor Day. Maybe CV weekend for those not going?
6. July Barbecue at Skywalker Ranch July 18th @ 2pm
7. Treasury Report - There is $571 in the treasury. Jeff and Kim are seeling waterbottles with stickers of your choice for $8.
- Zoo is looking into getting tatoos to give away at events. X-wing or RMFF tatoos. $40 for 1000 tatoos.
8. CV Fanforc Table - Hey Ben give us first dibs on the table volunteer schedule signups!
9. Sidewalk drawings for Laramir Square event. Could Corey make us a stencil for something like that?

Garage Sale - We made 'alot'! $104
Treasurer's Report - $596.01 in the bank!
- still have t-shirts and stickers for sale.
- please dont include anything in the notes for paypal payments to the treasury.
- Paypal doesnt care about payments from paypal accounts or banks, but Credit cards will get hit with fees.
Working on a Star Wars 'face in picture' standee for conventions and events.
Shall treasury purchase items for drawing? One or multiple? Consensus is something $5 and something less than $5
Parade of Lights - trying to find out how to register. Becca will ask WOTR about it.
Lost Party tomorrow (May 23) at Skywalker Ranch!
Survivor Backyard - Sunday May 30 @2:30 pm at Skywalker Ranch
- it's the softside of Survivor!
ANH screening in Loveland - June 16th. 2pm and 7pm showings. (Its a Wednesday)
Next meeting June 19th @ 3pm at the Fetts - Fry Party! bring stuff to fry up (including action figures?) TBD!
WOTR Report
- Great turnout for Founders Day.
- X-wing has an updated cockpit - it's awesome!
- ship date for X-wing to CV not yet set.
- Got Lucasfilm to renew loan of X-wing to WOTR for the next 5 years.
- June 10 - 15 is B-17 week! Big party on the 12th all you can eat and drink!
- Need to find storage for float - has to be out of Hanger 2 by June 24th
- Jonathan can store it in his carport temporarily - should fit.
Ben -> Website changes are on hold because of the board domain move that is impending.
- Nothing should get lost - Shenanigans are called!
CV - TFN party on Saturday night sponsored by Official Pix. $35 admission. More info on CV forum.
CV RMFF shirts? Would be cool!
$35 tickets to Disney are possible - On Monday and Tuesday after con.
Idea from Linda - RMFF Biggest Losers (see thread)
Meeting Idea for future - Yak and Yeti in Arvada. Possible for November.
And its drawing time! Meeting adjourned! ---- Additional Notes from SITH__CHICK: Paypal: When sending $ via PP don't put any notes on the payment, no thank you, nothing. Send PM that payment has been sent or post in the current thread or however you want to pass the info along, just don't do it via paypal.
Drawings: We talked about the RMFF buying small gifts to support this effort or we can make a list of who the next person(s) to bring an item to filter through the RMFF so one person doesn't get stuck doing it most of the time. Didn't seem to be much opinion either way.
Should there be more then one item? That was about 1/2 & 1/2. |

5. Vinyl Stickers for sale to members ONLY - RMFF = $5, Rebel & Cogs = $2, little stickers = $1
- cant sell to non-members at table. Exchange contact info and do elsewhere.
6. RMFF Garage Sale - May 15th at Michael and Amy's
- Proceeds 100% for RMFF Treasury
- Looking for SELLABLE Stuff
- Looking for volunteers to help, but not too many!
- Will figure out what to do later with unsold items.
7. Survivor Backyard - May 1st at Jonathan and Linda's. Looking for at least 10 folks
8. C5 - No Group Tickets so you are on your own!

- Becca suggested that WOTR have a say on who this person would be. Jonathan agreed.
