There were 11 members in attendance.

1. C-V Planning - Will do it later so as not to annoy those not attending.

2. Parade Float - wouldn't fit in Jonathan's carport.
- In the driveway of the Sith's at the moment (update: now safely in their carport)
- Bought tarp for it for $25. Will need to find a better tarp at some point.

3. WOTR Update - New theater opens (opened) June 20th.
- Picnic August 14th after Open Cockpit.
- Hnager 2 is still being cleared.
- Power surge fried the X-wing electronics - only the lights are currently working.

4. X-wing Sweat Shop - Getting Closer
- hardwares almost finished
- cloth pieces still need work to complete.

5. RMFF Camping trip? When and Where?
- Do people want facilities nearby or not?
- Dan brings up a place where there is an area with no facilities and an area with facilities a few miles away. It could suit both preferences. It is near Florrisant Fossil Beds? (I think?)
- When? Some time between July 4th and Labor Day. Maybe CV weekend for those not going?

6. July Barbecue at Skywalker Ranch July 18th @ 2pm

7. Treasury Report - There is $571 in the treasury. Jeff and Kim are seeling waterbottles with stickers of your choice for $8.
- Zoo is looking into getting tatoos to give away at events. X-wing or RMFF tatoos. $40 for 1000 tatoos.

8. CV Fanforc Table - Hey Ben give us first dibs on the table volunteer schedule signups!

9. Sidewalk drawings for Laramir Square event. Could Corey make us a stencil for something like that?
